Standard pricing applies once your machine meets every requirement below. TractorCo confirms these details before your pickup or delivery is scheduled.
When a Quote Is Needed
When a Custom Transport Quote Is Required
Some machines fall outside what standard pricing was built for. Any of the situations below moves your pickup or delivery to a custom quote, so cost matches the added time, equipment, or risk involved.
Does Not Roll or Shift Into Neutral
Machines that do not roll freely or cannot be shifted into neutral require different loading equipment and move to a custom quote.
Failed Tires or Steering
A failed tire or steering that no longer responds changes how a machine can be safely loaded, so pricing moves to a custom quote.
Disabled Loader
A loader that has dropped or no longer operates changes the loading approach and requires a custom quote.
Stuck or Unstable Ground
Equipment stuck in mud, snow, a ditch, or on unstable ground needs recovery support beyond standard loading.
Structural Damage
A machine that has rolled or suffered structural damage requires careful handling and a custom quote.
Major Fluid Leak
A major fluid leak changes how a machine can be transported and requires a custom quote.
Oversized or Overweight
Oversized or overweight equipment falls outside our approved truck and trailer and requires a custom quote.
Undisclosed Attachments
Every loader, backhoe, ballast, cab, and implement must be disclosed in advance, or pricing moves to a custom quote.
Requires Recovery or Dismantling
Recovery, blocking, skidding, or dismantling before loading falls outside standard transport pricing.
Restricted Access
A machine that cannot be safely reached by our transport vehicle requires a custom quote.
Tolls, permits, escorts, and third-party recovery costs are additional wherever required, on both standard and custom transport quotes.
