Maintenance Agreements Not Breakdown Warranties
TractorCo Annual Maintenance Plans are prepaid service agreements that keep your tractor on a consistent maintenance schedule. Each plan covers a defined scope of scheduled work, such as an annual or 100-hour based service, oil and filter changes within the enrollment scope, lubrication, and inspection. A maintenance plan is not a breakdown warranty and does not cover unplanned repairs, although enrolled customers do receive a discount on additional customer pay repair labor during the plan term.

In-Shop Tractor Care Plan
Starting At$599per year
- One model specific annual or 100-hour base service
- Engine oil and engine oil filter within the written enrollment scope
- Lubrication and a scheduled inspection
- Maintenance reminders and a full TractorCo service history record
- Priority scheduling ahead of walk in service requests
- 5 percent discount on additional customer pay repair labor during the plan term
Pickup and Return Tractor Care Plan
Starting At$899per year within 15 road miles
Includes every In-Shop plan benefit, plus:
- One scheduled standard pickup
- One scheduled return
- Normal loading and unloading handled by our team
Custom recovery situations are not included.
On-Site Tractor Care Plan
Starting At$975per year within 15 road miles
- One scheduled on-site annual or 100-hour base service
- Up to two on-site labor hours
- Engine oil and engine oil filter within the written enrollment scope
- Lubrication, inspection, and written findings
- Maintenance reminders and a full TractorCo service history record
- Priority scheduling ahead of walk in service requests
Additional labor, travel outside the included service area, repairs, filters, fluids, and parts are billed separately.

Plans Available Across Our Pacific Northwest Service Area
In-Shop plans are available to any customer able to drop off at our Thorp, Washington facility. Pickup and Return and On-Site plans are available within 15 road miles of Thorp, with in-shop service extending across Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Montana, Hawaii, and Alaska.
