How Diagnostic Time Is Billed
One Hour Included
The diagnostic minimum authorizes up to one hour of diagnosis on your tractor or implement.
Additional Time Needs Approval
Diagnosis beyond the first hour requires your authorization before it continues.
Billable Either Way
Diagnostic labor remains billable whether you approve or decline the recommended repair.
TractorCo will disclose the diagnostic charge and obtain customer authorization before work begins. After diagnosis, additional work is estimated and requires customer approval. TractorCo will not knowingly exceed the authorized amount without additional approval.

TractorCo offers annual Tractor Care Plans so scheduled maintenance is easy to budget for and easy to keep up with. Each plan is a maintenance agreement, not a breakdown warranty, and every enrolled tractor receives a machine-specific enrollment sheet defining what is included.
