Tytan Tractors

TractorCo.com was a Tytan (titan) tractor dealer during the year 2007.  We purchased and sold 13 tractors.   We documented a wide variety of problems with the tractors we purchased and later sold to our customers.   We are embarrassed to have ever established a relationship with Tytan.

John and Kimberly Sparks smiling after they were able to trade in their Tytan tractor for a new TYM tractor.

John and Kimberly Sparks purchased a Tytan tractor in June 2007.   In 2009 they traded in the Tytan for a new TYM tractor.

John's email of 25Aug07 regarding his Tytan:  "It is not that I can't fix things on equipment, it is that I have to fix/replace/repair so many things on this Tytan that it has gotten to the point of being ridiculous.  So far, I have spent more time fixing or diagnosing problems than I have actually using the tractor.  It seems like every time I mow or dig a post-hole, I find something else that is broken, not working, or in need of replacement."

Kim Sparks email of  18JUN09 regarding her newTYM tractor:

"I just wanted to let you know John let me drive the new tractor, WOW… very nice and very easy to drive!   Thanks again for helping us out, John is pretty excited and is putting the tractor to work already!  We greatly appreciate everything you have done in helping with this new tractor and taking the Tytan back!  I will most definitely refer you to all our friends and family without hesitation!"

"As much as I hate to admit it, this investment was a huge mistake. As much as I hated reading posts by Suspect, noquit, OTCFisherman, and Atown, I believe there is no more hope for the stock anymore. Undeniably, the CEO does not care about his shareholders. I am only 21 and began trading in 2009, took a position of about 14k to 44k and invested every penny into TYTN only to get boned very, very hard. I've suffered another huge loss in the past, but nothing as large as this. It's going to take some time to recover from this one, but I'm definitely closing my position soon even though it is months too late. Farewell TYTN headed by the lousiest CEO."  J-Money99

THE PHILOSOPHY OF TYTAN CEO MARK LEONARD

A customer  purchased a Tytan 334 tractor to clear snow and subsequently had a transmission failure after less than 6 hours of use,   The customer was experiencing heavy snowfall when the machine stopped working.    CEO Leonard repeatedly blamed the customer for improper operation.   It was later discovered Tytan imported an entire shipment of tractors with the same transmission problem.  CEO Mark Leonard made   the following comment in an email dated 12/23/2007 when the customer complained Tytan did not follow through on a commitment to come to his location and either fix or replace the tractor.

"I got a phone message from this guy griping about not being over there. ........... I never promise an exact shipping time and always tell everyone with the same type of answer. I never want to be trapped. I always just say we will do our best."
